Responsibilities include forensic investigation, document analysis, development of repair recommendations, contract disputes, mold investigation, building code and materials research, standard of care, and expert witness testimony.

Mr. Barr has over 30 years of experience in both design and litigation. He has directed investigations and developed testing equipment and protocols used to establish damage and repair scopes. His design and litigation experience includes single-family and multi-family residential, high-rise, commercial office, retail, and large institutional projects.
