Responsible for acting as a liaison to attorneys and their staff, insurance adjusters, and external co-experts by organizing and managing case file information including legal pleadings and construction documents including contracts, change orders, and field notes. Facilitates interaction and information exchange between project teams and clients. Assists in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Develops quantity take-offs for repair estimates and creates animations depicting building assemblies as well as specialized matrices integrating technical and legal analysis.
Mr. Mahady received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the National University and also Completed the Lawyer’s Assistant Program Specializing in Civil Litigation at the University of San Diego, CA
