Responsibilities include forensic investigation, document analysis, development of repair recommendations, contract disputes, mold investigation, building code and materials research, and standard of care.
Mr. Doze brings over 20 years of construction industry and construction defect litigation support experience to MC Consultants. He has assisted in the development of over 500 custom and semi-custom homes, has reconstructed over 7500 condominium units, and has acquired hands-on management experience throughout all construction phases. He has also worked with many construction defect law firms, insurance companies, and homeowners associations to resolve their construction defect claims and reconstruction requirements.
