Mr. Martinet brings an exceptional attention to detail and discipline to contract conformance, quality control, and scheduling related to public sector construction projects to MC Consultants. In addition to these key abilities, Mr. Martinet also contributes his applied construction experience and work with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contractors as a CQC officer.
