Responsibilities include general management of mc2 Arizona, including oversight and management of daily operations. Other responsibilities include forensic investigation, document analysis, development of repair recommendations, delay analysis, contract disputes, mold investigation, building code and materials research, standard of care, and expert witness testimony.
Mr. Ward brings extensive construction industry expertise to MC Consultants. His experience involves over 36 years of construction experience completing more than 1,000 projects in Arizona, California, and Texas including hotels, resorts, restaurants, offices, warehouses, shopping centers, assisted living and multi-family housing, residential and commercial development, single-family custom homes, remodeling, country clubs, and golf course construction. Mr. Ward has also been retained to provide services related to contract disputes and expert witness testimony in the construction industry, as well as arbitration and mediation services. He has appeared and testified as an expert witness in numerous depositions.
