Technical responsibilities include building envelope analysis and remediation. Specific areas of expertise include analysis of building envelope deficiencies, quality assurance, thermal imaging, product and system field testing, design review, forensic investigation and surveying.

Mr. Baidenmann has 10 years of practical field experience in the construction industry, focusing on building envelope analysis and remediation. At the beginning of Mr. Baidenmann’s career he performed hands on remediation of construction deficiencies and building leak occurrences. He then moved into providing leak evaluations and reviewed general HOA concerns with installed fenestrations, roofing, cladding and other building components. Mr. Baidenmann conducted construction defect evaluations and provided on site quality assurance of new construction on over 700 condominium and detached units in multiple site developments. For over 4 years, Mr. Baidenmann has performed forensic analysis of building systems in both residential and commercial applications. He has provided expert testimony in construction defect lawsuits and focuses on building envelope remediation solutions. Mr. Baidenmann holds an applied science degree in Construction Management and is a certified Residential Building Inspector, a certified thermographer and certified Master Window Installer.
